 Short Description 

Student Parliament of the University of Montenegro is a students' institutional representing body at the University of Montenegro. Activity of the Student Parliament of the University of Montenegro is based on principles of equal possibilities and ant discrimination. Student Parliament was founded on May 31st 2004 by is University of Montenegro. Main office of the Student Parliament is in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, Cetinjski put b.b. Street, at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, I floor.

Student Parliament fights for of student rights protection and accomplishment, promotes student initiatives for enacting new of modifying existing low regulations of student interest, represents student initiatives and common student opinion in the university Bodies: Senate and Executive Board, analyze student problems and coordinates conditions improvement. Student Parliament manages implementation of student programs in fields of higher education, science, sports, culture and other fields of student interests such as improvement of social policy toward students, cooperation with institutions and organizations important for student life.

There are 21 member of the Student Parliament, representing all University departments. Members of the Student Parliament elect among them selves 4 members in University Senate and 1 member in University Executive Board.
